Ordering To purchase a jollyhappy gift please email or call to discuss your requirements and confirm the total price. Then print out the order form and fill in the details. Send it together with a cheque made payable to Kirstin Dixon to the address on the form. We
will email you or call to confirm that we have received your order. Postage If you live in the South Cheshire, North Shropshire area, then please do ask about delivery/collection. Usually, postage is charged according to the size and weight of your purchase(s). We use the Royal Mail's recorded delivery service for smaller parcels and a courier service for larger items. Below are the standard prices for post and packing; large orders will be charged according to the combined weight rather than content, so please ask for a price! note that all deliveries will require a signature. Delivery Deadlines We generally say to allow 28 days from order placement, but if you have a closer deadline, we will always do our best to meet it, so please do ask. Cheques are banked once work has commenced on your order. Similarly, gifts are only despatched once payment has been received and cleared.
Materials All measurements given are approximate. All our paints are water based domestic paints and products are usually finished with a water based sealant. Our products are not toys and the usual caution should be exercised in allowing the under 3s to use them.
